This owner or florist of this store is AWFUL!!!!!!!! She is so rude. She had the nerve to tell me she had called me 5 times to come PICK UP (No delivery from her) my flowers, she continues with telling me my first name was not the name she had (but had last name correct), This lady would not give me my flowers until she finished SCOLDING me over her inability to reach me causing HER to have to wait!!!!! This lady had my name wrong the phone number wrong, my daugher who ordered the flowers online, her name was wrong!!! She had ALL her information wrong!!!! How unprofessional and down right rude of her to scold me when I tried to pick up my flowers..WORST experience EVER dealing with a business!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
